SEVENS

>

A seven a side pre-season tournament, with seven minute halves, running between 1988 and 1997 and again from 2003 to 2004.

>

Penrith did not compete in the 1996 and 1997 tournaments given its alignment with Superleague and being staged as a tournament under the ARL umbrella

>

The format was regenerated as a nine a side tournament in 2014, known as the Auckland Nines.
